Dear Exe Pilates friends 

Within 10 days following the official UK lockdown, we have transitioned ourselves into an online business delivering LIVE online classes using the well-known Zoom technology.

The response from our clients has been overwhelmingly positive and supportive, with the vast majority happy to proactively embrace their newly found technology skills and maintain their regular hit of Pilates with us from their homes! 

We will continue with our online format for the foreseeable future while the lockdown is in place.  Once we are in a position to restart our established classes in the studio face-to-face, our plan is to keep the online classes running alongside as well.  We are keen to offer as much class variety and flexibility as possible for our clients, enabling them potentially to perform Pilates with us from anywhere in the world at any time which suits them.

As part of the added value we are offering clients, we are recording our LIVE classes (please note only the instructor is videoed) and making these available to class recipients to replay and repeat at a time that suits them.  Behind the scenes we are also producing other new class and exercise recorded material to start to build up a library of bespoke content which we will be offering through exepilates.co.uk in addition to class participation.

These have been very challenging days but we are fully committed to support and connect with our Exe Pilates friends no matter what life throws at us.

Our mission is to provide top quality Pilates training in either small groups or individual formats. Whatever your goal, whether increasing your strength, improving your posture, rehabilitation or general fitness, we can provide a class for you or tailor make a program to suit your needs.

We share our building with extremely experienced Chiropractors and Remedial Massage Therapists and many of our clients already enjoy the benefits of exercising within this safe, relaxed and caring environment, where we are used to looking after patients with a wide variety of health issues.
